At Hicool, Shine Global(霞光社) has ushered in a new era of AI “going global.”

From October 16th to 18th, the HICOOL 2025 Global Entrepreneurs Summit, hosted by the Beijing Overseas High-level Talent Association, was held at the Beijing Capital International Convention and Exhibition Center.

As a significant initiative and testament to Beijing’s commitment to building a globally influential talent-driven entrepreneurial brand, HICOOL, hailed as the “Oscars” of the international entrepreneurial community, has held its fifth edition, attracting 45,000 entrepreneurial talents and 34,000 entrepreneurial projects from 167 countries and regions. In 2025, the competition reached a record high, with 10,055 entrepreneurial projects and 13,150 entrepreneurial talents participating, marking the first time both the number of projects and the number of participants have surpassed 10,000.

2025 is poised to be the year of explosive AI innovation. This summit, themed “Building a Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Capital,” attracted world-renowned scientists, Nobel laureates, university representatives, outstanding entrepreneurs, top investors, rising unicorns, and relevant government agencies. The summit focused on four key elements: technological innovation, industrial integration, international cooperation, and youth empowerment, encompassing a “1+8+11+X” innovation strategy: one main stage, eight ecosystem exhibition areas, and eleven sub-stages.

The bustling AI stage showcased the latest technological achievements from universities like Tsinghua University, as well as companies like State Grid, Lenovo, and Tashan Technology. Shine Global(霞光社) was invited to host a sub-forum on the same stage, themed “China’s Innovation Power in a Global Perspective: A New Era of Going Global.”

He believes that the bottleneck of embodied intelligence lies in the brain, not the body. To address this, Qianxun Intelligent has adopted a three-stage learning path similar to large models: first, injecting prior knowledge into the system through pretraining on internet videos; second, mapping actions via imitation learning using data collected from real robots; and finally, using reinforcement learning to push performance toward near perfection. At present, in the global embodied intelligence industry, China, leveraging its technological and application advantages, has surpassed Europe and now stands on par with the United States in a leading position.

Beyond the artificial intelligence stage, distinctive sections such as the HICOOL Lounge, International Talent Recruitment Fair, Youth Entrepreneurship Dream Program Stage, Industry Collaboration Stage, Venture Capital Matchmaking Stage, and Overseas Innovation Stage also drew the attention of numerous innovators and entrepreneurs.

In an era where AI is accelerating global transformation, this conference has become a super hub for key elements of the global innovation ecosystem in areas such as AI and robotics.
